- My first ever Holiday themed Tahkli Support Spindle, and one of my most unique and vibrant spindles yet... Made from 54 individual pieces, including two snowflake pendants made from 16 clear jewel cut glass rhinestones and silver plated brass alloy pendants, 32 Preciosa Czech Crystal Rhinestones (clear and red or green), a laser cut red or green anodized aluminum disc with smooth polished edges, two Crystal-AB spacers, and silver plated findings - all mounted to a John Galen signature powder-coat-painted high-carbon steel shaft with a heat forged hook in Metallic Silver. All parts are mounted with industrial 2-part epoxy and the crystals are mounted at the tips of the pendants so that they fill the void underneath - thus avoiding fiber from wedging itself under the pendant.
